I was very restless throughout last night. The reason is the phone call I received from my very close friend.
She checked into a psychiatric unit at 10.00am this morning. It came as a shock, although I knew that somehow her depression had gotten worse as she had been through a lot in recent months.

Hope your friend is better now..hang in there.
I am thankful that your friend was able to check into the psych unit on her own. May she get the treatment she needs in order to find peace and healing.
